The browsing experience is slow and looks ancient. Most sites are text only, with minimal web design. There are innocent as well as not so innocent sites there. You will see some illegal internet activity on a part of those sites. While it is smaller than the illegal activities of the surface web, their effects are profound and the damage long-lasting. There is not much law enforcement has managed to stop in those areas.
